  • Do you deliver nationwide?

    Unfortunately, no. We deliver only to Lagos, and South-West at present. However, we are working hard towards expanding our operation to locations. If you sign up to our mailing list, you will be notified once this happens. In the meantime, if you are often in Lagos, you can schedule ahead for your box to be delivered to you on a date you will be in town and to the address in Lagos you want it sent.

  • How much do I pay for delivery?

    Delivery within Lagos metropolis attracts a flat fee of N1,000 regardless of location. Delivery within the Southwest geographical region attracts a flat fee of N2,000. Delivery to outskirts of Lagos (i.e. Badagry, Epe etc.) will be charged the regional rate.

  • I don’t want everyone knowing my business; how do you ensure confidentiality?

    We do not tittle-tattle. Your identity will not be disclosed in any of our promotional or communication medium without your express permission. Your receipts will be emailed, so please choose an email address that is private to you. The dispatch personnel will not have a copy of your receipt, so your privacy remains protected. Additionally, should the dispatch personnel get curious about your package, please inform us right away, and we’d work towards making sure it never happens again.

  • What is your return policy?

    A lot of care is taken towards getting it right the first time, so we do not have a do-over. Therefore, all purchases are final. However, if we were unable to meet your order, resulting to a cancellation, you will receive your full refunded (Note: payment via PayStack attracts a transaction fee which is nonrefundable).

  • How the free product counselling work?

    The aim of the free counseling is to create a shame- and judgment-free environment where you can be educated on the correct use of the products you bought, so you can get the most value for money. You will be contacted to schedule when is most convenient for you to receive our call. The calls are only via WhatsApp or Imo. A sexual risk assessment form is also emailed to you to fill before we schedule a counseling session. This is to help us tailor the session to best meet your needs.

  • Does the delivery box come branded?

    Yes, but to ensure discretion, care was taken to make it subtle enough not to arouse the interest of passersby. All Slide Safe kit boxes come in two packaging: a non-descript, plain white box, and branded removable jacket.

  • Can I pay on delivery?

    Unfortunately no. We are a very small enterprise and are not at present able to bear the operational cost that a pay-on-delivery model entails.

  • How can I make payments?

    All payments must be made before delivery. You can pay online on this website via PayStack. You can also make direct payment to MerDroits Limited:

  • How long does delivery take?

    Delivery of Slide Safe is handled by www.Push.ng. The company promises a 3-hour delivery from the time your order is confirmed, as well as Same- and Next day deliveries. You have the flexibility of choosing the date and preferred location for delivery. Your convenience is what matters most to us.
